About Udaipur World Music Festival (UWMF)
The Udaipur World Music Festival 2026 has been conceptualized by SEHER, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, and supported by Hindustan Zinc Ltd.
SEHER, for those who don’t know, is an institution aimed at crafting experiential cultural thematic events across music, dance, visual art, theater, and cinema.
The UMWF is a magnificent annual celebration of music that has reached a global audience. Each year, it brings homegrown and global music talent under one roof, opening up opportunities of newer collaborations.

How To Reach Udaipur?
By Air
Udaipur has its own airport, located about 22 km away from the venue of the music festival. The airport enjoys decent connectivity to major Indian cities and a few international ones. From the airport, you can get a cab or a rickshaw to reach Gandhi Ground.
By Rail
The city of Udaipur also has its own railway station. Many express trains from within Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, etc halt at the station. From the station, you can easily find rickshaws, cabs, and buses to reach Gandhi Ground, which is about 4.4 km away.
By Road
Udaipur is one of the most developed cities in Rajasthan, enjoying excellent connectivity to other cities in the state like Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, and more. There are daily buses connecting these cities to Udaipur as well as overnight buses from major cities like Delhi, Agra, Kota, and others.
