How To Reach Upvan Lake For The Sanskruti Arts Festival 2026

By Air

The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport of Mumbai is the closest airport to Upvan Lake. Serving the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), it enjoys excellent connectivity to major destinations within India and abroad.

From the airport, you can hire a cab to reach the venue which is about 24.3 km away and takes about an hour.

By Rail

Thane is the closest railway station to the venue, located about 6 km away. It lies on the Central Line and is a major railway station on this line. From outside the railway station, you can easily find shared autorickshaws, metered rickshaws, cabs, and buses to get to Upvan Lake.

By Road

Upvan Lake is easily accessible by road through most parts of Thane. There are government-run buses from the railway station as well as from other parts of the city.
